06/02/06  Hi, I cannot believe the saddle came so quickly! One of the perks of living in a small "horsey" town is that everyone knows you. This morning, (Sunday) I got a call from the local post master; she said they had a "saddle from ENGLAND(!) for me that came in last night and would I like to drop by and get it this morning rather than wait until tomorrow. I went over and gotit, took it to the barn, put it on my horse (fits us both beautifully), and rode for about 1 1/2 hours on the trails and cross country course. I absolutely love this saddle; my horse seems to approve also! My trainer is also thrilled with it. The quality is superb, and it feels "broken-in" straightaway.
I want to let you know how very much I appreciate your wonderful customer service. You answered all my questions promptly and your attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Once again, thank you for your expertise and service!
